AFCC Camp Registration System
A full-featured camp registration system built for the American Fellowship of Cowboy Churches (AFCC). The platform replaces scattered online forms with a unified system that handles every aspect of cowboy camp events — from camper registration and sponsor management to background checks, medical records, payment processing, and child protective training questionnaires.
The Problem
AFCC managed camp registrations through simple online forms with no way to track registrations, background checks, medical information, sponsors, or payments in one place. Coordinating 300+ attendees across multiple events was manual and time-consuming, making it difficult to keep everything organized.
Our Solution
We built a centralized registration platform that brings every aspect of camp management together. The system handles camper and volunteer registration, sponsor tracking, payment processing, medical records management, and automated background check workflows. Built-in child protective training questionnaires ensure compliance with safety protocols, while reports and notifications keep organizers informed in real time.
